over baked

OK so this morning we were supposed to go to our Moms group cooking club . I get an email about 8:45am saying that the group hosts little girl is sick.. Man i hate when my kids feel rotten, so i really hope she feels better. I decided instead of buying cookies i would make some gluten free cupcake's and some regular cupcakes to bring with me. I was up till 2 making cupcakes and then i got the bright idea at 7 this morn to make some more grownup treats for the other moms. so as i am making my 2nd batch of mini cheesecakes i get the aforementioned email... So not only do i have 30+cupcakes in my house i also have 40 mini cheesecakes... i so do NOT need those in the house.. i have to neutralize them by freezing em... now to find room.... i hope they freeze well so i can just defrost them and take them next week... oh man i am so exhausted ..
